Domaine Sylvain Pataille is the story of a bold gamble in the Marsannay vineyards, at the northern tip of the Côte de Nuits.
Domaine Sylvain Pataille 是在科特德纽伊斯北端马尔桑奈葡萄园做出大胆赌注的故事。

Created in 1999, the estate started modestly with just 1 hectare of vines, rented by a young oenologist passionate about his work and still unknown... Or almost: before signing his own cuvées, Sylvain Pataille had already built up solid experience as an oenology consultant in Beaune.

From the very beginning, Sylvain Pataille established himself as a staunch defender of forgotten grape varieties, such as Aligoté, and as an ambassador for Pinot Noir on the limestone slopes of the northern Côte de Nuits.
