This painting places us before an open and luminous landscape, dominated by a large tree that rises in the foreground and organizes the entire composition. Its trunk, in blueish and gray tones, ascends from the bottom and extends into numerous branches that occupy much of the right side. From them hangs a broad crown, formed by bands of greens, ochres, yellows, reddish tones and violets that seem to vibrate with the light. The presence of the tree, firm and close, contrasts with the breadth of the space that opens behind and turns the scene into a view concentrated on a natural environment full of color and movement.

In the background, an extensive blue surface unfolds among the vegetation and could suggest water, a lagoon or a horizon wrapped in clear air. Its different shades, from intense blues to paler and whitish tones, create a sense of depth and luminosity. On the left zone two smaller trees stand out on a greenish-yellow elevation, whose dark profiles contrast against that light background. The wavy shape of the terrain descends from there toward the center, guiding the gaze to the open space and establishing a transition between the nearby land and the distance.

The foreground is full of low vegetation, grasses and shrubs represented by fresh greens, bright yellows, whites and small dark accents. The shapes cluster irregularly, as if nature grew without rigid order, and among them hints of ground and possible stones or fallen branches emerge. The terrain forms a kind of path or clearing that leads toward the background, although its course is not completely straight or defined. These elements give the scene a sense of proximity: the viewer seems to be a few steps from the large tree, looking from a sunny area toward a cooler and more open景观.

The palette combines cool and warm colors with great energy. The blue of the background and the bluish tones of the trunk contrast with the yellows and greens of the ground, while touches of brown, orange, violet and red add variety to the branches and vegetation. The light seems to be distributed across the scene and to enhance some sectors of the terrain, especially the yellowish areas of the foreground and the illuminated leaves of the crown.
