In Hokkaido

Signed, Michael Kenna
RAM /2009/Japanese/280*220*8

A collection of works by British photographer Michael Kenna, very popular in Japan, with quiet, poetic, and excellent printing technology, “In Hokkaido (First Edition)”. This book is a collection of photographs published for the exhibition held at the Kushiro Art Center in Hokkaido in 2009. The end post of Makiyama Moriyama tells all of this photo collection. "The ground of Hokkaido, where Mr. Michael is sensitive, can be said to have appeared as a completely new climate by the sight we can not hold to Japanese people. It seems that a world that has not been established has been established, that is, Hokkaido has acquired a new 'other culture' by a photographer of one foreign country, Mr. Michael Kenna. A revised new edition has also been published in 2016, but here is the first edition in 2009.
