英式鄉村別墅風格拍賣

一件英式铜与黄铜钓鱼用臀瓶（铜质酒壶），二十世纪中期

An English Copper and Brass Fishing Hip Flask, Mid-20th Century

Of circular, flattened form, the copper body inset with a circular brass medallion finely worked in relief with a traditional angling scene, depicting a fisherman beside a rustic waterside setting, amongst trees and fishing equipment, with birds in flight above; fitted with a brass screw cap with beaded decoration, the reverse retaining the original 'Made in England' label.

An attractive example of English sporting memorabilia, evocative of the traditional country pursuits and particularly suited to a collection of angling accessories or English country house objects.

In good vintage condition, retaining an attractive warm patina, with minor surface wear and a small dent to the edge, consistent with age and use. Please refer to the photographs for further details.
