賣家描述
一支新艺术风格的白色金属镶嵌竹制拐杖，产地为大陆， circa 1900。
elongated white metal handle finely worked in high relief with two female masks emerging from an elaborate arrangement of flowing hair and sinuous, serpent-like forms, characteristic of the Art Nouveau taste. The sculptural decoration extends around the handle, its undulating contours and richly textured surfaces contrasting with the smooth, polished rim.
Mounted on a bamboo shaft displaying its natural nodes and longitudinal grain, terminating in a brass-toned metal ferrule.
The cane displays surface wear and minor marks consistent with age and use, with areas of natural patination to the metal mounts.
