Karolina Gmiterek - Searching

A wave dreaming of a distant sea,
An endless journey where no step is taken.
The mind looks for truth in the deep,
But the water holds only a shifting shadow.
Stillness freezes on the tip of the net,
As the gaze wanders where the light dissolves.

Peering into the dark waters — there is nothing to catch,
For what you seek is hidden in your own reflection.
The seeker and the sought are lost in the same mist.
Beyond all states, you remain unnamed.
