This numbered copy (number 340 of 750 copies) is the facsimile of the original 1953 edition. Five Centuries of Culinary History / Anton Mosimann is a collection of books and documents on European Cooking and Gastronomy and a cultural history of a selection of more than 350 important and rare books and menu cards from Mosimann's collection of more than 6000 books. This copy 62 (of 300) and edited by Hans Weiss in Switzerland.
