Package (& art Inside) arrived COMPLETELY DESTROYED.
As I was here today whole day, transporter didn't ring nor make a call, folded harshly the (A3 sized) package and forced it to get into my A4 mailb

The buyer left feedback without contacting me first. As the seller, I cannot be held responsible for the courier company's staffing issues. After receiving the comment, I offered to create an exact replica of the drawing, but the buyer refused. I asked him to send photos of the damaged packaging or drawing so I could file a claim and recover the cost of the item along with the insured value; he refused this as well, claiming he did not have a camera. There is nothing more I can do as a seller; I consider the negative feedback completely unjustified given that the error was made by the courier company. Furthermore, since the buyer is unwilling to reach an amicable resolution—and failed to provide evidence of the damage—I am unable to pursue a claim against the courier company.
