item was badly described, it was very damaged and heavily used. It was described as in good condition, it was beyond saving. Ad said not professionally cleaned, this had not seen a vacuum for decades

I bought a kilim from this vendor. The kilim is beautiful but in such a bad condition that it is almost rotten. I tried to have it cleaned but the carpet cleaning service refused to accept it.

Great rug and quick delivery.

bad experience. The delivery company never accomplished to deliver the rug. contact with the seller was meaningless and without results..waist of time..had to cancel the purchase.

The rug smelled really bad (like mold) and was really dusty. The smell does not come out of the rug even after washing it. A rug like this should not be sold at all.
