Alles gut abgelaufen, sehr netter Kontakt und schnelle Lieferung. 

The item is pretty but smells bad (still after 10 days). The seller was kind but responded to my messages slowly (my questions about the delivery were answered after I had already received the mat).

Thank you for your comment. Hoever, I don't understand what you mean by the carpet smelling bad. The explanation I can give is that once a month we do an anti-moth procedure, the only reasont for the smell could be that the carpet has been packed the day after and the smell exists still. This is for its protection and the smell will go away after some days.
On the other hand I see on our mail box that all your mesaages have been answered by my colleague, Monique through Catawiki.

I have not yet received the package yet, due to the Austrian Post … however,  I received all necessary proactive support to solve the situation from AntikBelgik!
