The shipping cost has been known since the auction began. The buyer wanted a discount on shipping, even though he paid €10 for a book worth €50. As for the packaging, just look at the other reviews.

I won two very nice books for only 1€. I was very happy but seller informed me that he could not find them. I was very surprised and disappointed that he offered books that were not properly stored.
