Chinese porcelain famille verte cup and saucer, marked -China- Kangxi period 18th Century On offer is a hard to find famille verte cup and saucer from the Kangxi period. Both are marked with an underglaze blue white symbol seal mark in double circle. The curly flaboyant decorations are typical for the early 18th century. At the rim there are panels with colorfull flowering branches and flying birds. At the center a pond with swimming ducks between flowering lotus plants. Date: Kangxi period 1662-1722 ca. 1700-1710. Size: cup measures ca. 8 cm across. Saucer measures ca. 13 cm across. Condition: Fair. Cup only has a short 1,5 cm clean sealed hairline and 1 small restored frit. Saucer has 1 restored rim frit with clean sealed rim hairline. Further no chips. Good display condition. Will be packed very well and shipped with registered track/trace with insurance.
