This is a ceramic dragon figurine created by Hakuba Tsugata. The dragon is coiled and rising up, with its scales sculpted in three dimensions for a more realistic appearance. Additionally, there are variations in color that make the dragon appear powerful from any angle. Hakuba Tsugata is a sculptor from Ishikawa Prefecture known for his avant-garde sculptures, including auspicious figurines. Hakuba Tsugata's father was a sculptor with a history of winning awards at exhibitions like the Nitten, and in 1951, he opened the "Hanibe Gankutsuin" park. Hakuba Tsugata succeeded his father and is leading the construction of Japan's largest Buddha statue. Height 33.0 cm Width 15.0 cm Deoth 14.0 cm Weight 2.0 kg Condition: Condition is good.
