This is extremely good quality - the thickness of the Copper is 4mm - 6mm aproxx.
It measures 45cm diameter if you include the handles and 39cm internal diameter
This stands in 16 cm tall and with the handles the height is 28cm

*the handles are in Brass*

This pan has a fantastic aprx, 3 kgs of weight

Usually used to make traditional and regional sweets and pork meat
