Petrography: (A. Irving, UWS and P. Carpenter, WUSL) Protogranular aggregate (mean grainsize ~0.3 mm) of olivine and pigeonite with accessory low-Ca pyroxene, subcalcic augite, graphite, kamacite and sulfides (Cr-troilite and daubreelite in exsolution relationship). Olivine grains have reduced magnesian rims containing fine blebby Fe metal (altered in part to Fe oxides).
Geochemistry: Olivine cores (Fa11.7-21.7, Cr2O3 0.59-0.77 wt.%, CaO 0.32-0.34 wt.%, N = 3), olivine rims (Fa1.3-3.6, N = 3), pigeonite (Fs16.4-18.6Wo6.8-7.1, Al2O3 0.64-0.93 wt.%, Cr2O3 1.0-1.1 wt.%, TiO2 0.06-0.09 wt.%, N = 4), low-Ca pyroxene (Fs2.6Wo1.3; Fs7.5Wo4.5; N = 2), subcalcic augite (Fs3.4Wo28.6).
