This is a Tenmoku tea bowl by Kamei Seiichi. It features an incised chrysanthemum pattern (Kikuin) on the interior (Mikedami). The black and brown glazes flow and pool, creating varied expressions in the depths of the bowl.

Kamei Seiichi (1904–1967). A ceramic artist known for works using traditional techniques.
