Dial and Hands
The watch features a striking silver dial characterized by a pronounced vertical brushed texture that plays beautifully with the light. It is adorned with prominent, faceted gold-tone applied block indices that provide excellent depth and contrast. The matching gold-tone baton hands retain their original aesthetic, showing light, age-consistent patina. At the three o'clock position, a framed complication displays the day with a red numeral and black text, alongside the date. The iconic Rado anchor logo sits proudly at the nine o'clock position, featuring a gold anchor against a purple background. The dial remains in exceptionally clean condition, free from notable spots, stains, or damage, presenting a remarkably well-preserved vintage face.

Case and Crystal
The 34mm stainless steel case features the distinctive, bold geometric lines characteristic of the Manhattan model. The case exhibits sharp lug profiles and transitions, with polished surfaces that show honest, minor signs of wear consistent with careful vintage use, without any heavy impacts or deep scratches. The gold-tone crown, signed with the Rado anchor, adds a touch of two-tone elegance. The caseback is uniquely faceted, sloping towards the center where it clearly displays the iconic Rado Water-Sealed twin seahorse medallion with crisp definition. The crystal presents clearly, shielding the dial effectively while showing only faint superficial handling marks.

The watch is powered by a mechanical movement. Performing well within expected vintage tolerances; running strong and steady. The timegrapher results reflect a current performance of +35 to +41 seconds per day.

Strap
Fitted with a distinctive black leather strap featuring double contrast stitching in white and yellow, complementing the gold-tone accents of the dial and crown, and secured by a standard stainless steel pin buckle.

Condition
Excellent vintage condition. The watch is wonderfully preserved, displaying only light handling marks and minimal signs of use, with a dial that remains exceptionally crisp and clean.
