Nintendo Color TV-Game 6 House Shanmen Promotional Console (1977)
Offered for sale is a rare promotional version of the Nintendo Color TV-Game 6, originally released by Nintendo in 1977.
This particular unit is the House Shanmen promotional edition, associated witha Japanese marketing campaign for the Shanmen instant noodle brand. Unlike thestandard retail model, this console features Shanmen branding and was distributedas a promotional prize rather than sold through normal retail channels.
The console was purchased in Japan and later professionally graded byBETA Grading, receiving an overall score of 80.For hardware from the late 1970s, this represents a very strong grade.
