Dial and Hands
The silver dial features a striking vertical brushed finish that plays beautifully with the light, complemented by crisp black vertical lines connecting the hour markers. Applied, faceted steel hour indices with black central inserts provide excellent legibility. The signature Rado rotating anchor logo sits prominently beneath the 12 o'clock position, featuring a deep red background. A framed date window at 3 o'clock displays the date in red numerals. The original baton hands feature black central stripes matching the indices. Upon close inspection, the dial shows some light, age-consistent spotting and minor edge wear near the perimeter, but remains overall highly attractive and structurally sound.

Case and Crystal
The 38mm stainless steel case features a robust tonneau shape characteristic of the 1970s. The case displays a polished finish with soft, sloping sides that transition smoothly into the integrated lug area. Honest signs of vintage wear, including surface scratches and handling marks, are visible across the polished surfaces, consistent with its age. The Rado-signed crown, featuring the anchor logo, is well-preserved. The crystal features a slightly domed form, sits proud of the bezel, and appears clear, protecting the dial effectively while showing only minor signs of use. The movement architecture is clean and visually well-preserved, showcasing a pleasant golden finish across the bridges and rotor. The balance wheel and escapement appear in good order. Running in vintage operational condition. Maintains the authentic mechanical character of the era, recording -50 to -54 seconds per day on the timegrapher.

Strap
The watch is fitted with a period-correct stainless steel bracelet featuring a distinctive block-link design. The folding clasp is prominently stamped with the Rado anchor logo and name. The bracelet shows normal stretch and surface wear consistent with the watch's age, complementing the chunky aesthetic of the case perfectly.
