Dial and Hands
The watch features a beautiful silvered dial elevated by a subtle vertical brushed texture that catches the light beautifully. Furniture includes applied silver-tone faceted baton indices that provide excellent depth, complemented by an applied Omega logo at the twelve o'clock position. The typography for "OMEGA" and "DE VILLE" is executed in a crisp, black sans-serif print, matching the slender black painted baton hands which offer excellent legibility against the light background. The dial is in well-preserved condition overall, though a visual inspection reveals some honest age-consistent patina and slight yellowing along the very bottom edge near the six o'clock position. This minor edge discoloration is authentic to the watch's age and does not detract from its overall elegant appearance.

Case and Crystal
The 16 mm stainless steel rectangular tank case features exceptionally clean lines and a brilliant polished finish throughout. The straight case flanks and integrated lug profile retain their factory sharpness, showing only light, honest surface scratches consistent with careful vintage wear. The watch is fitted with a flat crystal that provides a clear and unobstructed view of the dial, free from any significant distracting marks. The original scalloped crown is correctly signed with the Omega logo and remains in excellent condition, allowing for easy winding. The brushed stainless steel caseback is similarly well-preserved, with clear factory engravings visible on the interior.

Movement
Powering this De Ville is a beautifully finished copper-toned Omega manual-winding movement, featuring 17 jewels. Close inspection of the caliber reveals crisp factory engravings, including the "OMEGA WATCH Co SWISS" stamping and the serial number 30570164, which confidently dates the production of this timepiece to 1970. The movement is remarkably clean, with the gear train and balance wheel presenting beautifully. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece. Strap
The watch is fitted with a period-correct Speidel U.S.A. stainless steel expansion bracelet. The polished rectangular links complement the tank case perfectly, and the spring mechanism remains functional and comfortable for daily wear.

This Omega De Ville is presented in excellent vintage condition. The stainless steel case remains sharp and unpolished in appearance, with only minor handling marks. The dial is highly attractive, displaying normal and localized edge patina that confirms its originality. The mechanical health is truly outstanding for a watch of this size and era.
