Technical Description:
A high-quality, harmonious selection of six lithic artifacts dating to the Neolithic period. This lot focuses on elongated blades, cutting tools, and lanceolate points, demonstrating an advanced mastery of pressure and percussion flaking. The material choice is visually striking, featuring a fine contrast between translucent honey-colored flint and mottled, mineralized grey-brown flint.
Main Pieces (up to 11.5 cm): The set includes long, slender cutting blades and pointed implements with a well-defined dorsal architecture and precise, regular secondary retouching along the edges to create durable cutting profiles.
Technique: Excellent examples of intentional blade production, showcasing micro-wear from ancient usage along the sharp margins.
