For this historic 2011 vintage, the classic 47 botanicals were enhanced by the unique "Species Rara": organic Scottish Heather Honey. After distillation, this exceptional spirit was aged for several months in traditional earthenware containers, resulting in an incredibly complex, smooth, and subtly sweet masterpiece.
