ELENA PARASKEVA είχε ονομαστεί PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR (2024/2023/2021/2018) από 4 διαφορετικές, διακεκριμένες διεθνείς φωτογραφικές εταιρείες.
Είναι απόφοιτος Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, Lensculture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris, Der Greif κ.ά. και serves ως εκλεκτή κριτής για το FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS τα τελευταία 5 χρόνια.

Έχει εκθέσει στο EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT στις Βρυξέλλες, σε εξέχουσες γκαλερί και κατά τη διάρκεια Biennales σε Νέα Υόρκη, Παρίσι, Τόκιο, Λονδίνο, ΝΤΟΥΜΠΑΙ, Βιέννη, Βαρκελώνη, Μόναχο, Κuala Lumpur (Μαλαισία), Φλωρεντία, Φρανκφούρτη, Μαλάγα (Ισπανία), Λινζ(Αυστία), Grazt(Αυστρία), Σιένα(Ιταλία) κ.ά.

Η πιο πρόσφατη αγορά του έργου της έγινε από το Τμήμα Δημόσιων Τεχνών της κυβέρνησης Västra Götaland της Σουηδίας. Μεταξύ των δημόσιων ιδρυμάτων που κατέχουν το έργο της, το πιο ξεχωριστό είναι το Boston Children's Hospital στις ΗΠΑ, όπου υπάρχει εγκατάσταση 500εκ στο εισόδιο της Πτέρυγας Παιδιατρικού Καρκίνου.

Η Elena Paraskeva επιλέχθηκε από το Saatchi Art ως μία από τους "Artists To Watch". Ο πρόεδρος της IAA, μιας από τις μεγαλύτερες καλλιτεχνικές οργανώσεις, την χαρακτήρισε "μία από τα μεγαλύτερα ταλέντα στη βιομηχανία της φωτογραφίας".
