Dial and Hands
The striking two-tone bullseye dial is the undeniable focal point of this timepiece, featuring a brilliant silver sunburst center that transitions into a deep charcoal chapter ring, bordered by a matching silver outer track. The dial is in exceptionally clean condition, showing virtually no spotting, moisture damage, or significant blemishes, which is a rare find for Dynamic models of this era. Black printed radial minute markers provide excellent legibility, while the applied day and date window at the three o'clock position features a warm golden frame that perfectly complements the case. The original white-painted stick hands and sweep second hand show a gentle, age-consistent creamy patina on their luminous elements, remaining structurally intact and visually striking against the contrasting dial sectors. The factory T SWISS MADE T designation is clearly visible at the bottom edge.

Case and Crystal
The iconic 41 mm elliptical case features a heavy gold-plated upper section finished with sharp, factory-correct radial brushing that radiates beautifully from the dial outward. The case remains in good vintage condition, presenting honest signs of wear, including minor surface scratches and expected rubbing to the gold plating along the sharp outer edges and near the crown recess, revealing the base metal underneath in small areas. The original gold-plated, Omega-signed crown is nestled deeply into the case side and remains crisp. A domed acrylic crystal protects the dial, showing some light surface scratches consistent with normal vintage wear, though it remains highly transparent and visually clear. The stainless steel caseback is secured tightly, displaying the correct TOOL 107 WATERPROOF engraving on the exterior and the reference 166.079 stamping on the interior.

Movement
Inside this dynamic case beats the robust Omega Caliber 752 automatic movement, finished in the brand's signature copper plating. The movement presents beautifully in the photographs, with a clean rotor and visible serial number 32557869, accurately dating the watch to circa 1970. The regulating system, jewel bearings, and gear train appear well-maintained and free of visible corrosion. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece. -1s/day with strong amplitude. The movement has been recently serviced and performs strongly.

Strap
The watch is fitted with a period-correct brown leather racing strap featuring classic perforation details that perfectly enhance the sporty, aerodynamic aesthetic of the Dynamic line. The strap is supple and shows light wear, secured by a gold-plated Omega-signed buckle stamped GOLD PLATED 30, which complements the case material and completes the authentic vintage presentation.

This Omega is presented in excellent vintage condition. The dial is exceptionally well-preserved, standing out as a premium example with no visible damage or distracting spots. The gold-plated case shows honest, age-appropriate wear, particularly along the outer edges where the plating has thinned, but retains its strong original radial brushed finish. The movement is remarkably clean and performing at an outstanding level.

The elliptical case measures 41 mm in diameter excluding the crown. The unique lugless design ensures the watch wears comfortably and securely, conforming naturally to the shape of the wrist.

History
Introduced in 1968, the Omega Dynamic was the brainchild of sales director Robert Forster and designer Raymond Thévenaz. Conceived to be the ultimate ergonomic watch, its elliptical shape was determined by extensive research into the anatomy of the human wrist. The unique case design, combined with a specialized integrated strap system and highly legible dials, made the Dynamic an instant commercial success. It quickly became Omega's best-selling model of the late 1960s and early 1970s, celebrated for its futuristic appeal and uncompromising mechanical quality.
