Collection DetailsThe designers behind it: The collection was created by the renowned Swedish design duo Bernadotte & Kylberg, consisting of the Swedish Prince Carl Philip Bernadotte and designer Oscar Kylberg.
Inspiration: The design is directly inspired by the Baltic Sea and the Swedish archipelago. The intense, fluid blue shades against the white background reflect the versatility of the sea – from a completely calm water surface to dramatic, breaking waves.
Materials and craftsmanship: The products are crafted from polished aluminum and cold enamel. The artistic pattern was originally created by painting with ink on wet watercolor paper. Since each individual piece is finished by hand, every bowl and vase has its own completely unique expression.
Accolades: Launched in 2015, the collection received the prestigious Red Dot Award ("high quality design") for its innovative and beautiful interaction between art and metal.
The range: The collection originally consists of three vases and four bowls in various sizes, designed to function both as utilitarian items and as independent pieces of art in interior design.
