ELENA PARASKEVA ονομάστηκε Φωτογράφος της Χρονιάς (2024/2023/2021/2018) από τέσσερις διαφορετικές, διακεκριμένες διεθνείς φωτογραφικές ενώσεις.
Είναι απόφοιτος/φοιτήτρια Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, Lensculture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris, Der Greif κ.ά. και υπηρετεί ως σεβαστή κριτής για το FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS τα τελευταία 5 χρόνια.

Έχει παρουσιάστεί στο EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT στις Βρυξέλλες, σε διακεκριμένες γκαλερί και κατά τη διάρκεια Biennales στη Νέα Υόρκη, Παρίσι, Τόκιο, Λονδίνο, Ντουμπάι, Βιέννη, Βαρκελώνη, Μόναχο, Κuala Lumpur (Μαλαισία), Φλωρεντία, Φρανκφούρτη, Μαλάγα (Ισπανία), Λιντζ (Αυστρία), Γκρατς (Αυστρία), Σιένα (Ιταλία) κ.ά.

Η πιο πρόσφατη απόκτηση του έργου της προέρχεται από το Public Art Department της Västra Götaland της Σουηδίας. Μεταξύ των δημόσιων ιδρυμάτων που διατηρούν το έργο της, το πιο ξεχωριστό είναι το Boston Children's Hospital στις ΗΠΑ, το οποίο έχει εγκατάσταση 500εκ στο είσοδο του παιδικού καρκινικού τμήματος.

Η Elena Paraskeva επιλέχθηκε από το Saatchi Art ως μία από τις «Artists To Watch». Ο πρόεδρος του IAA, ένας από τους μεγαλύτερους φορείς τέχνης, την χαρακτήρισε «μία από τα μεγαλύτερα ταλέντα στη βιομηχανία της φωτογραφίας». Ο επιμελητής του Florida Museum of Photographic Arts έγραψε ότι «έχει ένα εντυπωσιακό χαρτοφυλάκιο και μεγάλη τεχνογνωσία στη φωτογραφία».
