Elegant French silver-plated butter curler or butter serving dish, produced by Coquillo, France, and marked “Coquillo Déposé – France” on the underside.
This refined table accessory consists of two parts: a decorative pierced upper dish and a removable inner bowl. The bottom is filled with butter. With the bottom part, you push the butter upwards so that it appears curled at the top.
The design features a stylish round rim and finely pierced decorative motifs, typical of refined French tableware from the mid-20th century. The clean lines and elegant proportions make it suitable for both classic and modern table settings.
