Dial and Hands
The dial is a breathtaking example of 1970s Seiko design, featuring a rich brown gradient fumé finish that darkens toward the edges, overlaid with a distinct vertical brushing texture. It is in exceptionally clean condition, completely free of moisture damage, spotting, or print loss. The dial is adorned with applied, multi-faceted indices; notably, the markers at twelve, six, and nine feature distinctive ribbed gold-tone centers, while the remaining indices showcase silver-tone ribbed centers, all catching the light brilliantly. The applied gold-tone Seiko and LM logos remain crisp and perfectly preserved. A prominent day-date aperture sits at the three o'clock position, framed in gold-tone and displaying a functional English and Kanji day wheel. The gold-tone baton hands feature contrasting black center stripes, remaining sharp, highly polished, and free of any visible oxidation.

Case and Crystal
The stainless steel case measures a versatile 37 millimeters and exhibits a robust, quintessential seventies cushion-like profile. The case retains sharp lug geometry and displays a highly attractive contrast between the vertically brushed upper surfaces and the mirror-polished flanks. Honest, superficial micro-scratches consistent with careful vintage wear are present, but the case remains free of any significant dings or heavy polishing, preserving its original factory proportions. The watch is presented on its original stainless steel multi-link bracelet, a fantastic complement to the case geometry. The endlinks are stamped with the code XGB310, ensuring a precise fit against the case. The fold-over clasp is proudly signed with the embossed Seiko and LM logos. The bracelet exhibits moderate stretch and light surface wear consistent with its age, maintaining a highly wearable and authentic vintage aesthetic.
