Legendary Marantz Model 5000 Stereo Cassette Deck. Produced between 1978 and 1980, this highly collectable deck features the iconic brushed aluminum front panel, warm-lit analog VU meters, and robust mechanical controls that Marantz is world-famous for.

​Demagnetized: Tape heads and capstans have been completely demagnetized to ensure optimal high-frequency response and prevent tape degradation.
​Calibrated & Adjusted: Playback/recording levels, bias, and speed calibration have been precisely adjusted. It plays and records beautifully.
​Cosmetic Condition & Important Note:
​The unit is in great vintage cosmetic condition, with a clean faceplate and minimal signs of wear on the outer casing, as shown in the detailed photos.
​Please note: The original silver decorative cap for the "Pause" button is missing. Because of this, the auction includes 9 custom 3D-printed grey replacement caps completely free of charge. You can use one to replace the missing pause cap or swap the whole set for a uniform, customized look.
