Inspired by the original 1983 DW-5000C, this model faithfully preserves the classic square silhouette while upgrading it with a full stainless steel exterior, Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, Multi Band 6 radio-controlled timekeeping, and Tough Solar technology. A fine resin shock-absorbing structure is hidden beneath the stainless-steel bezel, maintaining G-SHOCK's renowned shock resistance. The screw-lock case back features a DLC coating for enhanced durability, while the STN LCD provides excellent visibility.
