Dial and Hands

Case and Crystal

The stainless steel case displays honest wear consistent with age, with scratches and scuffs present on the brushed surfaces while maintaining relatively well-defined edges. The distinctive faceted crystal exhibits minor surface scratches and edge wear. Supported by the recorded timegrapher result, the movement is performing well within expected vintage tolerances; running strong and steady.

Remarks
This Lord Matic offers a highly engaging visual experience through its deep blue gradient dial and dynamic faceted crystal. The English and Kanji day wheel adds an excellent touch of character to the dial. The distinctive square case geometry provides excellent presence on the wrist, making this a highly compelling example of 1970s Japanese design.
