Introduced in 1955, the Volkswagen Karmann Ghia became an instant automotive icon by combining Volkswagen's renowned reliability with elegant Italian styling by Carrozzeria Ghia and handcrafted production by Karmann in Germany. While never intended as a pure sports car, the Karmann Ghia became a favourite among enthusiasts and vintage racers thanks to its lightweight construction, distinctive silhouette, and endless tuning possibilities. Design Note

The small gauges, including the RPM and Boost indicators, are purely decorative graphic elements incorporated into the dial design to recreate the appearance of a classic racing instrument panel. They are printed on the dial and do not move or perform any measurement or timekeeping function. Only the central hour, minute, and second hands are functional.
