Description (English)
Original Alessi Mercurio 898 folding three-tier serving stand, made in Italy and introduced in 1961. A practical and elegant example of Italian mid-century design, featuring the original folding mechanism and the Alessi mark.
Made of 18/10 stainless steel (INOX 18/10) with three round trays (Ø 21.5 cm each). The stand measures approximately 46 × 26 cm when opened and 26 × 5 cm when folded. Weight: 1.19 kg.
The item is in good vintage condition with light signs of age and normal use, consistent with its age. The folding mechanism operates smoothly and the structure is stable.
