Title: "Crocodile Gold," 2026. Acrylic, spray paint, and gold leaf (schlagmetall) on canvas.
Crocodile Gold is built from tall ridges of textured paint, layered until the surface stops looking like paint and starts looking like something else — hide, armor, bark. Acrylic, spray, and gold leaf are worked together in vertical columns across the canvas, with one column of copper-bronze breaking through the gold and champagne tones. The texture is uneven by design: rough where the paint was dragged, smooth where the spray settled, sharp where the gold catches light.
Dimensions: Image size 93 × 90 cm (height × width); canvas size 95 × 98.5 cm, unframed.
Signature: Signed on the reverse.
Edition: Unique, one-of-a-kind original — not a print or reproduction.
Provenance: Direct from the artist's studio. First time offered for sale.
Condition: New, in excellent condition, no restorations, fading, or imperfections.
