Noticeable dark spotting and discoloration are present, particularly around the center and the day and date window positioned at three o'clock, creating heavily patinated, distinct character marks. The applied silver-tone indices feature black inserts, providing clear contrast against the aged surface. Despite the heavy staining, the printed dial text remains fully legible. The baton hands carry black central stripes and exhibit significant oxidation, corrosion, and dirt accumulation, directly matching the dial's heavy patina. The sweep second hand shows similar aged wear. The day and date wheels display in both English and Japanese.

Case and Crystal
The stainless steel cushion-shaped case displays honest wear while preserving its original geometry. The top surface features a brushed finish that transitions into polished flanks. Moderate scratches and scuffs are visible throughout, entirely consistent with age and use, along with some dirt accumulation around the caseback edge. The caseback proudly bears the distinctive gold KS medallion.
