The Macallan 8 Years Old is one of the distillery’s most iconic vintage expressions and a highly collectible bottling from the 1980s. Matured exclusively in sherry-seasoned oak casks, it reflects the rich, elegant style that established The Macallan’s worldwide reputation. Despite its relatively young age statement, this whisky offers remarkable depth, with notes of dried fruits, orange peel, raisins, polished oak, spices and dark chocolate. Bottled at 43% ABV in the classic 75 cl format for the Italian market, it has become increasingly difficult to find in excellent condition with its original box. Today it is regarded as a benchmark vintage Macallan and is highly sought after by collectors around the world.
