Visual: Bright amber color with golden straw reflections.
Aroma: Fruity and aromatic notes mixed with rye spices, black pepper, salted caramel, fresh mint, and a soft touch of cedarwood.
Paladar: Rich, surprisingly dry, and velvety body. It reveals flavors of honey, dried fruits, dark chocolate, and the spicy persistence typical of the rye barrel.
Finish: Long, delicate, and smooth, with a lingering warmth brought by the wood.

Origin: Distilled from the molasses of sugarcane grown in the fertile lands near the active volcano Mount Kanlaon, a region known as Sugarlandia.
Maturation: Unlike other editions that only undergo a quick finish, this rum went directly into rye whiskey barrels shipped from the USA (Tennessee). The tropical climate drastically accelerates the interaction with the wood.
Presentation: The bottle features a design inspired by the 1920s American speakeasies (the speakeasy bars of the Prohibition era). It comes with a richly illustrated metallic tube, making it highly coveted by collectors.

How to Serve
Due to its dryness and aromatic profile, it is excellent enjoyed neat or on the rocks. However, it works incredibly well as a whiskey substitute in classic, structured cocktails, such as a Rum Manhattan or a Rye Rum Old Fashioned.
