Αυτό το γοητευτικό αντίκα ιαπωνικό κομμάτι Kamakura-bori με πέντε συρτάτια (kodansu) αποτελεί ένα εξαιρετικό παράδειγμα παραδοσιακής ιαπωνικής επίπλωσης από ξύλο με λακεριά διακόσμηση. Το μπροστινό μέρος κάθε συρταριού είναι χειρογλυμμένο με ένα εντυπωσιακό μοτίβο από αμπέλιο (botan) σε ανάγλυφο, τοποθετημένο σε ένα κείμενο με υφή με κυψελοειδή σχέδια, αποτυπωμένο στην κλασική συνδυαστική λακκερώ με κόκκινο και μαύρο που συνδέεται με τη χειροτεχνία Kamakura-bori.
