Dial and Hands

Case and Crystal
The gold-tone rectangular cushion case displays honest wear, with visible plating loss along the high-contact lug edges and case flanks. Moderate surface scratches are present, consistent with age and use. The case design features an integrated bezel, leading smoothly to the flat crystal, which remains generally clear with only minor surface dust or light scratches. On the right flank, the crown is clearly signed with the Longines name and winged hourglass logo, retaining an intact gold-tone finish and well-defined coin edge texturing. Movement
Inside the case beats the Longines manual wind caliber L847.4. The movement displays clean plates and bridges with no visible corrosion, while the screw heads and jewels appear in good condition. Engravings on the movement clearly read LONGINES WATCH CO SWISS, SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS, and UNADJUSTED, along with the caliber and serial numbers. Recording -7-10s/day on the timegrapher. Strap
The watch is fitted with a black leather strap featuring contrast stitching. It remains in good wearable condition and is secured by a generic unsigned buckle.

Condition
Good vintage condition. The case exhibits honest wear with visible plating loss on the high-contact lug edges and flanks, alongside moderate surface scratches typical of a 1970s timepiece. Conversely, the dial and hands remain exceptionally clean and well-preserved. Supported by the recorded timegrapher data, the movement is performing very strongly.
