The cream/champagne-tone dial features applied round jeweled hour markers together with red baguette-style markers at the cardinal positions. The geometric case and decorative dial create an elegant and unmistakable Art Deco character.
The dial is signed EVANS and 17 JEWELS, with gold-tone hands and a subsidiary seconds register at 6 o’clock.
Movement
The watch is powered by a Swiss A. Schild AS 970 manual-winding movement with 17 jewels and small seconds.
The movement is signed Shriro Watch Inc. and is complete and visually intact.
Condition
The watch is preserved in its original vintage condition.
The dial has natural signs of age, including spotting, discoloration and some greenish residue.
The case shows normal age-related surface marks and wear.
The 10K RGP plating remains largely present, with expected signs of use.
The crystal has light surface marks.
