Vintage Othello button accordion with an attractive wooden body, decorative metal fittings, ivory-coloured buttons and traditional bellows construction. The front carries the distinctive Othello name together with decorative sunburst-style motifs, giving the instrument a strong period character.

The accordion has been given a basic functional test. It produces sound and tunes can be played, while the bellows expand and contract and appear to hold air reasonably well. Due to its age and unserviced condition, professional inspection, servicing and tuning are recommended before regular musical use.
