I am selling a rare collector's item from the tobacconist category: a hybrid cigarette case with integrated mechanical lighter, Sunflower brand (Model No. 6103), manufactured in Shanghai, China, during the 1960s–1970s.

The object is in a remarkable state of preservation and is 100% functional, an extremely rare detail for mechanisms from that era.

Main features and unique functionality:

Ingenious synchronized mechanism: Opening and closing the case are extremely fluid. When the cigarette case is closed, the upper "Lift-Arm" mechanism is triggered automatically/semi-automatically, spins the wheel over the flint and ignites the flame instantly!

Classic fuel: Works with light gasoline (Zippo type) and standard flint. The flame is stable and clean.

Distinctive Vintage Design: The metal housing features two gorgeous textured geometric patterns on both sides (scale pattern on the front and elegant diamonds on the back), with gold/bronze metal inserts and a superior silver chrome finish.

Impeccable Interior: The interior compartment is extremely clean, with no signs of rust or deterioration. The internal spring clips for securing the cigarettes work perfectly and retain their original tension. It is ideal for classic short cigarettes (without filter or short format).

Condition: The piece is authentic, original, cleaned and tested. It has a minor aesthetic patina, natural for its age, which enhances its vintage charm.
