William Larue Weller was always aware of the potential that wheat could offer to a bourbon. Weller was considered the undisputed reference by connoisseurs : he was the originator of the first wheat bourbon and it was also he who hired Julian “Pappy” Van Winkle from the renowned Pappy Van Winkle family, one of the most famous bourbon brands.
Made in the world's most awarded distillery and aged for 12 years, far longer than most wheated bourbons, Weller whiskey offers exceptional smoothness and incomparable depth
William Larue Weller a toujours été conscient du potentiel que le blé pouvait offrir à un bourbon. Weller était considéré comme la référence incontestée par les connaisseurs : il est à l'origine du premier bourbon au blé et c'est également lui qui a engagé Julian « Pappy » Van Winkle de la famille de renom Pappy Van Winkle, l'une des plus célèbres marques de bourbons.
