1. Shipping Method

3. Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees

4. Buyer-Related Returns
If an item is returned for buyer-related reasons, including non-delivery, refusal of delivery, incomplete customs procedures, unpaid customs duties or taxes, or an incorrect/incomplete address, all return shipping costs and related expenses are the buyer's responsibility. If reshipment is requested, the buyer must pay the actual return and reshipping costs before the item is resent.

5. Reshipment & Storage
Reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the buyer does not wish to have the item reshipped and requests a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Only the purchase price of the item will be eligible for a refund. Returned items will not be held for more than 30 days after arrival.

6. Refund Method
