The Select Oak is a discontinued Travel Retail Exclusive from The Macallan's 1824 Collection. It is crafted from a broad and unique combination of five cask types, as stated on the back label: American oak casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry or bourbon, and European oak casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry, delivering extraordinary smoothness with vanilla, butterscotch, dried fruits and a hint of spice.
