The Canon Model VI-T is a classic 35mm rangefinder introduced in 1958. It features a three-position variable-magnification viewfinder and a distinctive bottom trigger film advance, giving it a unique operating feel among Canon’s vintage rangefinder cameras.

This camera has been carefully repainted in black and serviced in Japan. The black finish gives the body a clean, understated appearance while preserving the distinctive design of the Model VI-T. I personally carry out camera restoration, servicing and repainting, and I also receive maintenance requests from camera shops in Japan.

■ Appearance
The exterior is clean overall and gives the impression of having been carefully stored. The black finish presents well and gives the camera a refined appearance.

■ Viewfinder
There is some fungal growth in the viewfinder, but the view itself remains clear and visibility is good for focusing and composition.
The rangefinder double image has been adjusted to provide proper alignment for focusing.

■ Functional
The camera has been carefully inspected, serviced and tested. All basic functions checked are operating properly, and the camera is ready for normal use. The shutter speeds have also been measured and adjusted as part of the service.
