Dial and Hands
The dial presents a highly attractive grey speckled or granite texture finish, providing a striking backdrop for the applied luminous indices with polished surrounds. The printed text remains crisp and fully intact, showing no visible spotting, staining, or damage. The tritium luminous material on the indices has aged to a consistent creamy patina. The Mercedes-style hands feature luminous fill that perfectly matches the creamy patina of the dial. Under magnification, the metal frames of the hands display light oxidation and minor surface aging, maintaining an honest vintage character.

Case and Crystal
The brushed stainless steel case features the distinctive integrated lug design characteristic of the S/el series. It displays honest wear on a robust sports case, with light surface scratches and minor handling marks consistent with age and use, but no major dents or deep gouges are visible. The brushed steel unidirectional rotating bezel features engraved numerals with black fill and a luminous pip at 12 o'clock, showing light scratches and edge wear consistent with the case. The screw-down crown with prominent fluting is clearly signed with the TAG Heuer shield logo and retains good definition despite light wear. The flat sapphire crystal is clear with no visible scratches, chips, or crazing.

Movement
Inside is the quartz caliber 955 412, featuring seven jewels. The movement presents a clean appearance with no visible corrosion, moisture damage, or battery leakage, and the coil and electronic components appear visually intact. It is marked with engravings reading "TAG HEUER 2.93", "955 412", "SEVEN 7 JEWELS V8", and "SWISS".

Strap
The watch is fitted with its original signed bracelet, featuring the distinctive TAG Heuer S/el (Sports Elegance) interlocking link design in brushed stainless steel. The bracelet shows normal surface scratches and scuffs from use, presenting honest signs of wear while the links remain relatively tight. It secures with a signed folding clasp equipped with a safety catch. The bracelet accommodates a maximum wrist size of 18cm.

Condition
Good vintage condition. The watch exhibits honest wear consistent with its 1990s origins, primarily in the form of light surface scratches and scuffs on the brushed stainless steel case, bezel, and original bracelet. The dial is excellently preserved, showcasing a beautiful granite texture and a matching creamy tritium patina across the indices and hands. The sapphire crystal remains clear and free of scratches, while the quartz movement is clean and visually well-preserved.
