Normally, tachmeter indicators are fixed, and the seconds hand must return to its starting point to take a measurement. This rotating bezel tachmeter provides the convenience of taking measurements at any time. The month indicator, which rotates simultaneously on the bezel, can be manually adjusted and marked by the user. This month function does not rotate automatically like a calendar; it must be rotated manually by the user when desired.
