Decorative vintage Sri Lankan brooch set with traditional Intan rose cut stones. These stones are typically rock crystal or glass, a technique widely used in Southeast Asian jewelry.
The stones are set in closed cups, a method commonly used in mid-20th century Sri Lankan intan jewelry. The brooch is unmarked but an acid test shows it has some silver content. However the exact silver content is unknown, probably low.

Southeast Asian brass betel (sirih) lime box, finely decorated with hand-engraved floral motifs. These small containers were traditionally used to store lime powder for betel chewing.

The interior has a silvery appearance but tests indicate it is not silver, most likely a brass or mixed metal alloy, which is common for pieces of this type.
