Detailed Description

This lot consists of one original Lima N scale four-axle flat wagon that has been individually transformed into a unique Wehrmacht military transport inspired by the Second World War.

The wagon measures approximately 125 mm in length.

The wagon carries three highly detailed 3D-printed German WWII military vehicles: an Sd.Kfz. 250/11 light half-track, an Sd.Kfz. 124 Wespe self-propelled howitzer and an early-version Panzerkampfwagen III (Sd.Kfz. 141).

All three vehicles were produced using a high-quality 3D printer in N scale (1:160) with careful attention to proportions and characteristic details.

The vehicles were carefully cleaned, prepared and primed before being individually airbrushed and hand finished in historically inspired Wehrmacht colours and camouflage patterns from the WWII period.

The Balkenkreuz markings on the vehicles were individually applied by hand.

The original Lima wagon was completely disassembled, carefully prepared, primed and individually airbrushed by hand. The wagon body, chassis and wooden floor were individually finished and detailed to visually complement the military vehicles.

The DR markings were individually applied by hand.

All three vehicles are secured on the wagon with individually made wheel and track chocks. The vehicles and all additional accessories are permanently fixed and are not intended to be removed.

After completion, the entire model—including the wagon, vehicles, paintwork, decals and additional details—was protected with a clear matte varnish to preserve the finish for many years.

All components and accessories were designed and produced in N scale (1:160) with attention to correct proportions.

The original Lima wagon used for this project was in perfect condition before conversion. All buffers and couplings are complete.

The wagon was individually assembled, inspected and tested on the track after completion. It rolls smoothly and operates correctly behind a locomotive.

This is not a simple repaint of ready-made models. The wagon and its military load underwent a complete hand-finishing process involving preparation, priming, airbrushing, hand painting, assembly, decal application, detailing and final protective coating.

The entire project—from the original concept, through the design and printing of the 3D components, painting, assembly, decal application and final varnishing—was carried out entirely by me.

The military transport presented here is my own loose artistic interpretation inspired by German military vehicles, railway transports and camouflage schemes from the Second World War. It is not intended to represent a specific historical transport, unit, location or documented event with complete historical accuracy.

Many hours of careful manual work were invested in creating this model. It is not a factory-produced military wagon but an original handcrafted project, making it a true one-of-a-kind collector's item.

Although the model has been protected with a clear matte varnish and remains fully functional, the hand-painted finishes and small 3D-printed details are not as durable as factory-applied finishes. Please handle the wagon, vehicles and all details with care.

Condition Note

The original Lima wagon used as the foundation for this project was in perfect condition before conversion. All hand-finished paintwork, 3D-printed components, detailing, decals and the final protective coating are entirely new and were created specifically for this unique model.
